We don’t take that lightly. We work hard to find ways for you to mostly ignore our terms and conditions.
If you contact us – via our website or WhatsApp, fill a form or get in touch for some consultancy — we know your identity as you provide details such as name, email id, phone number and business information (including GSTIN, PAN etc.) For filings like ITR or GST, relevant financial data is also required. We also gather minimal usage data (like your IP address or browser type) solely for the purpose of keeping the site functional.
In other words: we need your data to do the work you contracted us to do. That means they provide you with services process your GST registrations, ITR filings, company incorporations, ROC compliance and there are more. It is used by our team of CAs and CSs to provide you with accurate and personalized support. We also notify you of deadlines to comply—missing one can get pricey.
Without your guidance and time-willing, we will never spam you to receive marketing material. Full stop.

We leverage bank-grade encryption, secure servers, and strict access controls. To maintain your protection, our specialists conduct audits early and on a regular basis. And if — against all this — anything does go wrong, we only have 72 hours to inform you and the proper authorities per the provision of India’s DPDP act, 2023.
The rights that you have — and they are real rights.
You may access, update, correct, delete and/or restrict your data at any time. You can obtain a copy of it, or withdraw your consent — without compromising the performance of any services already in progress. All you have to do is either shoot a mail at privacy@bharatfiling.com or ping us via WhatsApp. We respond to you within 30 days, absolutely free.
